If you run an independent pest control or wildlife business, Theatertowards Pest Control may be a good fit. We are a referral service. We connect homeowners in Kirtland and the Kirtland area with providers who handle the work.

This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees for field work. We are looking for independent businesses that want to be introduced to homeowners who are ready to talk.

Who are we looking for?

We welcome providers who handle problems homeowners commonly face, such as:

• Residential pest control for ants, spiders, roaches, and crickets
• Rodent and wildlife removal
• Termite inspection and treatment
• Bed bug treatment

You may serve a single town or the wider region. Tell us where you work, and we will keep that in mind.

What do we expect?

Homeowners are trusting you with their houses, so we keep our expectations simple and firm:

• You hold the licenses, permits, and insurance your local rules require.
• You explain problems and plans in plain language.
• You give written quotes before starting work.
• You respect the home, the family, and the pets.
• You are honest about what you can and cannot treat.
• You never overpromise on results or timing.

You remain an independent business. You set your own prices and schedule, and you are responsible for your own work.

What about referral fees?

Providers may pay a referral fee when a homeowner connects with them through this site. We will explain the details when you get in touch. Nothing about a fee should change how you quote or treat a homeowner.
